Project Overview
1821 I St NE was developed as a full remodel with the goal of creating a more modern, comfortable, and efficient living environment. Alcrest Build approached the project with a full-scope mindset, coordinating structural preparation, interior improvements, and finish work to create a complete transformation rather than a surface-level update.
The design direction emphasized cleaner lines, better usability, and a more intentional connection between rooms. Careful sequencing across trades helped maintain quality at every stage, while the finish selections supported a timeless look that will hold up well over time.
